Mission Statement

The goal of this web site is to provide a set of tools for the key individuals and coordinators who labor in our various programs and ministries which will facilitate planning and communications so that event conflicts can be avoided or minimized.

The main component of this site will be the Calendar of Events; however, there will be other useful features added as time goes on such as a member forum where event coordinators can make suggestions and discuss ideas and issues which effect their respective activites.
